Due to the many tree diseases attacking the trees in Michigan such as; Ash borer, Pine Blight, and sudden oaks disease, we no longer allow any types of firewood to be brought into our park.
This includes any type of pallet wood, structural scrap lumber, or slab wood. We have bundled firewood available that is kiln dried and inspected by the Department of Agriculture or wood that has been cut from the trees in the park.
Please refrain from bringing wood as you will be required to surrender your wood to be confiscated or remove it from the park.
